What is Kimchi?

Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented side-dish made from cabbage, radishes, and different variety of seasonings. It is carefully fermented and is known for its renowned flavor. Additionally, Kimchi has been gaining popularity for its health benefits and taste.

Which flavor of Kimchi is right for me?

We have 2 flavors to match your delicate palate; Kimchi Sliced Cabbage (red peppers) & White Kimchi. The popular one is with hot peppers to add the spiciness. However, for those who prefer non-spicy foods, we have WHITE Kimchi available, which contains no red peppers.

How do I store Kimchi in the fridge without the smell?

The distinct aroma of Kimchi is a result of the fermentation process. Refrigerating your Kimchi will slow down this process and extend its freshness, so you can enjoy your fresh Kimchi for a longer period. To manage the smell, we recommend that you seal the jar tightly and consider placing the Kimchi in a tightly sealable food container.

Is your Kimchi pasteurized?

No, our Kimchi is sold unpasteurized to preserve its rich probiotic content. This will mean that our Kimchi will be loaded with beneficial probiotics that can improve digestive health with every jar.

Is your Kimchi a probiotic food?

Absolutely! Our Kimchi is an all-natural fermented food that contains large concentrations of lactic acid bacteria and an abundant content of dietary fibers from vegetables. Our fermented Kimchi is packed with the probiotic goodness for your gut.

Is your Kimchi gluten free?

Yes, our kimchi is proudly gluten free. We have been audited and certified by Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), so you can place your complete trust that our Kimchi is free from gluten.

Does your Kimchi expire?

Each bottle of our Kimchi is labeled with a “Best By” date. This date should not be misconstrued as the “expiration date”. Instead, this should indicate the optimal period to consume our Kimchi at its freshest. When stored properly, our Kimchi can last up to 3 - 6 months while maintaining its freshness.

Where is your Kimchi made?

Our fresh Kimchi is proudly prepared and made locally in Prospect Park, New Jersey, on a daily basis.

Does your Kimchi contain MSG?

No, our Kimchi is free from Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), and is made fresh daily using only fresh, natural ingredients.

Is Kimchi suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans?

To cater to our customers, we have 100% Natural Vegan Kimchi available which contains no fish sauce.

What is your return or refund policy?

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the products. Perishable goods are non-returnable items. To be eligible for a refund, you have to request a refund by contacting us at kcp7523@gmail.com. You’ll need to state the reason(s) for a refund and need to send the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kcp7523@gmail.com.
